Parcel size guide
Parcel size guide
Lhoop ships with Australia Post flat-rate satchels, so shipping costs are predictable for buyers and sellers. Pick the smallest size your item fits in. Every satchel takes items up to 5 kg.

Australia Post satchels
Flat-rate Australia Post satchels are the only standard shipping option Lhoop supports, and the only one eligible for the combined (bundle) shipping discount when a buyer takes several of your items at once. Please buy the satchel size you selected on your listing, nothing else.
For bulky or unusual items you can set a custom shipping price instead. Custom shipping is yours to price, package, and lodge however you like, and is not part of the bundle shipping discount.

How to measure
Every size above is listed as W x L, measured flat. Measure your item at its widest points and compare it with those. Satchels expand a little once filled, so laying the item on a flat satchel is a good guide. If you are unsure, ask in store.
What the price covers
These are Australia Post prepaid rates, so the price covers both the postage and the satchel itself. You buy the satchel, address it, and lodge it. There is nothing more to pay at the counter.
The buyer pays this exact amount at checkout and it comes back to you with your payout, so the satchel does not cost you anything.
